Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage store opening projects in Hungary from design phase through store opening, including implementation of store budgets and forecasting updates.
  • •Coordinate and supervise new openings, relocations, closures, and refits for own & operated concept stores and shop-in-shops.
  • •Supervise franchise and distributor openings and refit projects, including regular updates with distributors on opening/closure plans.
  • •Conduct site visits to analyze and report maintenance needs, select vendors, and coordinate works.
  • •Handle investment and maintenance budgeting, vendor tendering, contract/service agreement analysis, and fixed assets registration in Hungary.

Key Requirements

  • •2 years of experience in Store Design & Planning, preferably in retail, fashion, beauty, or FMCG with a commercial mindset.
  • •Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Consumer Insights, or a related field, plus equivalent professional experience.
  • •Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • •High proficiency with Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and AutoCAD, plus strong analytical and financial skills.
