Full Time Supervisor, Outlets of Des Moines

Lead day-to-day store operations and help create a high-energy customer experience by coaching associates on service and sales behaviors. Resolve elevated consumer concerns with the store manager, support training on culture, product knowledge, and loss prevention, and contribute to a team environment focused on engagement, retention, and performance feedback. Oversee cash handling and merchandise operations (shipments, floor sets, markdowns, replenishment) and supervise the store team in the absence of other management.
