Job Summary

Administer, configure, and optimize the Infor Workforce Management (Workbrain) platform for time and attendance, scheduling, absence management, and payroll integration. Partner with HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT to ensure accurate timekeeping and compliant workforce processes. Troubleshoot employee punch, scheduling, and payroll discrepancies, deliver enhancements and releases, build and maintain reports, and support labor forecasting, integrations, and end-user training.

Key Responsibilities

•Administer and support Infor Workbrain / Infor Workforce Management.
•Configure and maintain time and attendance, scheduling, pay rules, accruals, and absence management.
•Troubleshoot employee punch, scheduling, and payroll discrepancies.
•Develop, test, and implement system enhancements and configuration changes; conduct system testing, upgrades, and release validation.
•Create and maintain reports and support labor forecasting and schedule optimization; manage interfaces between Workbrain, payroll, and other enterprise systems.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 78,948 - 164,476 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience supporting Infor Workforce Management (Workbrain).
•5+ years understanding workforce management, payroll, scheduling, and timekeeping processes.
•5+ years configuring pay rules, attendance policies, accruals, and schedules.
•5+ years experience with system integrations and interface troubleshooting.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
