Deliver an elevated, personalized luxury shopping experience as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand. Build client relationships through styling and fashion expertise, drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and use mobile POS, clienteling, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations, inventory cycles, and visual merchandising while maintaining service and asset protection standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Complete daily store operations (cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising), process transactions, support inventory cycles, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred), with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including using walkie-talkies and reading price/release sheets.
•Ability to work at a fast pace and perform physical tasks including lifting 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally), climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering the sales floor and stockroom.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling, and data acquisition skills (preferred).
