Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond to incoming vehicle-selling leads via AutoNation and third-party websites, by phone, internet, and walk-in traffic.
  • •Identify and engage private parties looking to sell their vehicles using available resources.
  • •Set appointments for customers to visit the dealership for an appraisal.
  • •Execute the AutoNation We'll Buy Your Car Same-Day Payment process.
  • •Inspect vehicles onsite and communicate with customers throughout the day; refer trade-in customers to the sales team.
