Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the business performance framework for the Lithium business by integrating operational KPIs with financial metrics and reporting against plan.
  • •Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, translating field data into finance-ready reporting.
  • •Develop greenfield project operations with Business Development, building processes, playbooks, and tracking systems from origination through DFS and into construction.
  • •Identify and drive business process improvements across operational and corporate functions (including finance, supply chain, and HSE) and lead the ISO 9001 certification effort.
  • •Partner with software and data teams to improve reporting systems and digitization infrastructure, ensuring data flows from the field to leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •5-10+ years in business operations or program management, with experience in energy, chemicals, manufacturing, or another industrial sector preferred.
  • •Build and own operational reporting systems, including defining KPIs, designing dashboards, and implementing data collection workflows.
  • •Experience implementing or maintaining a quality management system, with familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar frameworks preferred.
  • •Able to build operational structure around the technical and commercial work of others.
  • •Comfortable on-site in an industrial environment; full-time, in-person role in Houston, TX.
