Key Responsibilities

  • •Investigate process bottlenecks with frontline and operational teams by analyzing fleet performance data and identifying root causes.
  • •Partner across the Netherlands, Belgium, and France to understand regional differences and drive harmonization, standardization, and improvements under guidance.
  • •Document operational processes and SOPs to capture cross-regional learnings, improve onboarding, and enable consistent execution.
  • •Support rollout of best practices between regions, translating what works locally into scalable solutions.
  • •Build and maintain performance dashboards and reporting tools in Google Sheets, and support small automations to reduce manual work.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field (other backgrounds considered if the skills match).
  • •Comfortable working in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL, Python, or Tableau is a plus.
  • •Interest in data-driven analysis and process improvement approaches (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
  • •Ability to engage directly with operational teams and understand what’s happening on the ground.
  • •Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a plus.
