Job Summary

Work with HelloFresh’s international Fleet team across the Netherlands, Belgium, and France to analyze fleet performance data, identify trends and bottlenecks, and support operational excellence. Document standardized SOPs to improve onboarding and consistency, build dashboards and reporting tools in Google Sheets, and contribute to small automations and ad-hoc reporting. Collaborate with Fleet Coordinators, OEM partners, and suppliers while gaining hands-on experience in logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Document operational processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve onboarding and regional consistency.
•Analyze fleet performance data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
•Investigate process bottlenecks with teams to find root causes and drive operational excellence.
•Build and maintain performance dashboards and reporting tools in Google Sheets, including small automations.
•Support ad-hoc reporting and collaborate with Fleet Coordinators, OEM partners, and suppliers to shape practical solutions.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
•Comfortable working in Excel or Google Sheets.
•Familiarity with SQL, Python, or Tableau is a plus.
•Genuine interest in data-driven analysis and process improvement methods such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
•Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
