Job Summary

Develop software to support product development and feasibility studies for manufacturing innovation, including cabin & connectivity and sustainability initiatives. Own the full software lifecycle: translate product/system requirements into traceable software requirements, design architectures and detailed modules (with UML/SysML, use cases, sequence diagrams), implement features with quality checks, and deliver unit/integration/system testing. Provide technical consulting to project teams and evaluate supplier proposals in outsourcing projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Focus on software development activities supporting product development and feasibility study efforts for manufacturing innovation, including cabin & connectivity and sustainability.
•Follow and contribute to the software development process to ensure built-in quality.
•Break down product/system requirements into software requirements with traceability, working with project managers.
•Design and implement software (architecture, detailed design, use cases/sequence diagrams; coding, code reviews, and static/dynamic scanning).
•Perform testing and provide technical consulting, including unit/integration/system verification and supplier technical evaluation/acceptance test support.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering).
•Model-based software development experience using UML/SysML.
•Familiarity with web front technologies (e.g., VUE) and HTTP, microservices architectures, REST API, and Swagger.
•Minimum 5 years of software development experience in C/C++ and Python.
•Proven full life cycle product development experience, including areas such as computer vision/deep learning or industrial automation (experience with Java, databases, DevOps tools like JIRA/Jenkins/GitHub is a plus).
