Key Responsibilities

  • •Assume full accountability for the Indiana fulfillment center’s P&L and performance metrics across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
  • •Orchestrate strategic labor and inventory planning to manage fluctuating inbound freight volumes while maintaining 100% on-time shipping execution.
  • •Mentor and scale a multi-tiered leadership team, including Senior Operations Managers and Area Managers, to build high accountability.
  • •Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen to eliminate waste and optimize facility throughput.
  • •Partner with Engineering and Software teams to recommend and integrate automation and equipment to increase site capacity.

  • •5+ years in fulfillment, manufacturing, or distribution (e-commerce preferred).
