Job Summary

Lead and manage medium to complex EPC/EPFI projects, driving project objectives under contractual, HSE, quality, schedule, and financial requirements. Foresee project risks and opportunities, adjust execution strategies, and negotiate regularly with clients and suppliers. Hold bottom-line accountability for technical and financial performance while providing strategic leadership across project phases (precontract, proposal, EPFC/FEED) and overseeing teams of Project/Discipline Managers.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage Lump Sum Turnkey EPC or EPFI projects (typical range $100m to $500m).
•Oversee EPFC execution and FEED execution efforts in accordance with contract requirements and HSE, security, quality, schedule, and financial goals.
•Provide strategic leadership and represent the company to clients, ensuring client satisfaction.
•Build and implement project execution planning (including Project Execution Plan), including resource planning and authority/responsibility definition.
•Oversee risk and opportunity management and administer contract changes/variations, including management of change and compliance with QA and HSE management systems.

Key Requirements

•15+ years relevant industry experience for EPC PM roles (minimum 8 years as a PM); 10+ years for FEED PM roles (minimum 5 years as a FEED PM).
•Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g., Civil, Mechanical, Ocean, Naval, Architecture) or Construction Management.
•Post-graduate management qualification (advantage).
•Ability to develop project execution strategy and profit plan, aligned with McDermott policies and overall business objectives.
•Knowledge of work planning, schedule, cost controls, risk management, progress measurement, and forecasting to drive financial performance.
