  • •Proactively manage a caseload of complex property claims, evaluating coverage, liability exposure, and settlement within authority limits.
  • •Investigate claim damages using research from the insured, third parties, and external sources; identify discrepancies and subrogation potential.

  • •2+ years of relevant property claims adjusting experience for moderate complexity losses, including writing estimates for dwelling and structural damages.
  • •Advanced knowledge of estimating losses using Xactimate or similar estimating tools/platforms.
  • •Proficient knowledge of residential construction and property claims contracts, including interpretation of case law and state laws/regulations.
  • •Ability to travel 50–75% of the year (local & non-local) and acquire/maintain an insurance adjuster license within 90 days (3 attempts).
