Lead wholesale sell-out performance and retail productivity across Mexico by translating commercial objectives into actionable field execution plans. Drive flawless in-store execution, growth opportunities from consumer insights and competitive analysis, and recovery plans for underperforming stores. Coach and develop large field teams, establish clear KPIs and performance management, and partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to accelerate product launches and promotions.

•Own Wholesale Mexico sell-out performance and retail productivity nationally.
•Translate annual and monthly commercial objectives into actionable field execution plans.
•Identify growth opportunities using consumer insights, competitive analysis, retail trends, and store observations.
•Build and execute recovery plans for underperforming stores, cities, regions, and customers while driving accountability through KPIs and performance management.
•Develop future leaders and succession plans and act as the link between Commercial, Merchandising, and Marketing to ensure in-store strategy execution.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree required.
•6+ years of progressive experience in retail, wholesale, commercial operations, sales management, or retail execution.

•Experience managing department stores, wholesale, or omnichannel environments.
•Strong track record driving sell-out growth and retail productivity improvements, including managing retail KPIs and P&L responsibilities.
