Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the people and leadership dimension of AI transformation by defining and activating leader behaviors that drive a culture of speed, curiosity, and innovation.
  • •Architect and scale differentiated leadership pathways aligned to Micron’s Leadership Attribute Model.
  • •Use assessment-led development (e.g., 360 feedback, readiness indicators, behavioral benchmarks) to personalize and improve leadership effectiveness at scale.
  • •Establish and govern the leadership development portfolio, including design standards and quality across a global facilitator ecosystem.
  • •Develop a measurement strategy and partner with Talent Partners and key leaders to align and continuously improve leadership development initiatives.

Key Requirements
