Own category initiatives that drive the Hers P&L, from strategy through execution to measurable results. Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end category initiatives that move the P&L most across acquisition, retention, conversion, and new-treatment launches.
•Manage unit economics and performance metrics including CAC, LTV, ARPU, S2S, and contribution margin; maintain a scorecard of revenue, churn/retention, and adoption.
•Size and prioritize initiatives by framing opportunities, evaluating trade-offs, and recommending what gets built and when.
•Drive growth and retention by partnering with growth and lifecycle teams to improve acquisition, S2S conversion, and long-term engagement.
•Launch and scale new treatments, SKUs, and programs; align clinical, pharmacy, regulatory, product, analytics, and operations to execute and report in WBR/MBR/QBR.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 240,000 annually

•Demonstrated success launching and scaling new products or programs from 0-to-1 through scale.
•Analytical and financial fluency to build and defend models and make decisions with limited data.
•Cross-functional leadership aligning clinical, product, growth, and operations behind one plan; bachelor’s degree required.
