Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day operational and tactical delivery for assigned projects, tracking progress, managing dependencies, and mitigating risks, issues, and constraints.
  • •Manage project scope and stakeholder expectations, assess change impacts, and obtain approvals from sponsors.
  • •Produce clear and timely project reporting, including progress updates, success metrics, and lessons learned.
  • •Plan, facilitate, and follow up on governance forums (steering committees, RAID management) to ensure actions are tracked and delivered.
  • •Collaborate with internal programme teams and external delivery partners/suppliers, ensuring delivery outcomes and strong working relationships.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience delivering complex projects end-to-end across scope, time, cost, and quality constraints with strong planning and execution.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage risks, issues, dependencies, and governance using project management methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • •Strong stakeholder management experience building trusted relationships and influencing decisions across senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including clear reporting and presentations tailored to different audiences.
  • •Ability to lead without direct authority, motivate teams, and drive accountability while resolving conflicts and competing priorities.
