Key Responsibilities

  • •Organize and lead maintenance for deployed fuel systems, including managing contractors who execute work on site.
  • •Diagnose and handle fuel-related problems on locations, ensuring proper communication and execution despite contractors being unaccompanied.
  • •Own civil works by being expert (or becoming expert) in buildings, liquid-tight paving, and connected drainage to arrange maintenance, fault handling, or upgrades.
  • •Manage stakeholder communication to ensure uptime, SLA clarity, timelines, resolution steps, and costs; run recurring contractor meetings for performance and uptime improvements.
  • •Manage maintenance-management topics: plan and execute legally required inspections with the internal data team, follow up failures for repairs or renewals, and handle incidents with HSSE compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Prefer HBO or MBO+ with a bachelor’s degree in electronics, civil engineering, or mechanical engineering.
  • •Fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is required to effectively communicate with customers, contractors, and partners.
  • •Fluent English is required for effective communication with the main client.
  • •Prefer prior experience in technical facility management–related services.
  • •Work confidently with Microsoft Windows Office applications and demonstrate proactive, self-motivated ownership.
