Key Responsibilities

  • •Enable safe, efficient shutdown execution through detailed job preparation and job plan development.
  • •Create and maintain standard job plans for repetitive shutdown maintenance tasks to drive standardization.
  • •Manage work notifications and the work order backlog by returning incomplete notifications, reviewing backlog, and grouping items into single orders when appropriate.
  • •Develop detailed work order job plans and clearly document required crafts, duration, specialty tools, equipment, costs, dependencies, and supporting instructions/documentation.
  • •Forward ready-to-schedule job packages to the Scheduler and ensure all work orders are processed through to Planned status with complete planning inputs before assignment.

Key Requirements

  • •5 years trade or engineering experience in a relevant industry.
  • •Relevant Trade or University degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
  • •SAP maintenance modules knowledge.
  • •Turnaround or Major Shutdown planning experience.
  • •Adequate craft knowledge to estimate labor hours, materials, and required skills for job completion.
