Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage assigned spirits and wine accounts to maximize revenues and profitability and monitor/report critical KPIs
  • •Maintain and build strong relationships with key decision makers, identify influencers, and map relationships to ensure strategic and tactical alignment
  • •Keep business plans and customer strategy up to date using Amcor tools, and align cross-functionally with customers on sustainability and innovation paths
  • •Lead key business negotiations supporting Amcor’s interests and influence decisions/actions
  • •Monitor business performance vs. targets (volume and margin), coordinate corrective actions with sales programs as needed, and collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to implement account strategies

Key Requirements

  • •University degree (or similar) with strong sales drive to sell
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience selling in a large-scale B2B environment
  • •Relevant industry experience across technical, sales, and general management
  • •Proven track record of successful sales growth and profitability
  • •Excellent communication skills in English and strong negotiation and project/process management skills
