Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead NVIDIA’s CEO and executive events from concept through execution, including global keynotes and executive meetings.
  • •Own end-to-end event plans covering timelines, budgets, venues, production, security, transportation, rehearsals, and onsite execution.
  • •Manage CEO trips and multi-event travel by coordinating sequential engagements, schedule changes, dependencies, and contingencies.
  • •Shape event formats and audience experience in partnership with executive communications, marketing, production, creative, security, and other teams.
  • •Lead agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams to set expectations, drive decisions, resolve issues, and keep multiple high-visibility events on track.
