Job Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent federal construction and renovation projects across the Northeastern U.S., from kickoff through closeout. Key Responsibilities

•Lead multiple concurrent federal construction and renovation projects from kickoff to closeout, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with contract requirements.
•Manage and mentor the PMO team (Safety Manager, Scheduler, Estimator, Project Specialists, and Site Superintendents) and oversee subcontractor performance and change coordination.
•Produce scopes of work, cost estimates, and resource-loaded schedules using MS Project or Primavera, and maintain short-term and integrated master schedules with disciplined cost control.
•Collaborate with the Designer of Record for scope clarity and technical accuracy, and oversee compliance with OSHA, EM 385-1-1, base-specific safety protocols, and federal quality assurance.
•Serve as the primary interface with Government PMs, CORs, CE personnel, and mission stakeholders; participate in key meetings and strengthen customer relationships for follow-on work.

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 165,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
•Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or PMP with equivalent federal experience.
•10+ years of construction management experience, including 8+ years on Federal/DoD projects.
•Experience managing multi-trade, concurrent task orders in an IDIQ/SATOC/MATOC environment.
•Strong understanding of Federal construction standards, safety requirements, and contract compliance (FAR/DFARS), with excellent communication skills.
