Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead multiple concurrent federal construction and renovation projects from kickoff to closeout, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with contract requirements.
  • •Manage and mentor the PMO team (Safety Manager, Scheduler, Estimator, Project Specialists, and Site Superintendents) and oversee subcontractor performance and change coordination.
  • •Produce scopes of work, cost estimates, and resource-loaded schedules using MS Project or Primavera, and maintain short-term and integrated master schedules with disciplined cost control.
  • •Collaborate with the Designer of Record for scope clarity and technical accuracy, and oversee compliance with OSHA, EM 385-1-1, base-specific safety protocols, and federal quality assurance.
  • •Serve as the primary interface with Government PMs, CORs, CE personnel, and mission stakeholders; participate in key meetings and strengthen customer relationships for follow-on work.

Key Requirements

  • •U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or PMP with equivalent federal experience.
  • •10+ years of construction management experience, including 8+ years on Federal/DoD projects.
  • •Experience managing multi-trade, concurrent task orders in an IDIQ/SATOC/MATOC environment.
  • •Strong understanding of Federal construction standards, safety requirements, and contract compliance (FAR/DFARS), with excellent communication skills.
