Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform initial technical evaluation to assess new repair capability feasibility and coordinate its implementation.
  • •Execute and coordinate First Article Inspection (FAI) processes to confirm conforming components and support timely handover to Operations.
  • •Coordinate with vendors, engineering, and production for on-job training; support tool and equipment development.
  • •Maintain and update engineering documents and task lists (T&TE equivalency, Technical Instructions, Engineering Order, Work Instructions, forms).
  • •Support Continuous Improvement/Lean, Safety/Quality Policy and SMS duties, audit activities, and digitalization/automation initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in aviation/aerospace maintenance, repair, and overhaul (preferably engine and/or component/piece-part MRO).
  • •Experience participating in New Product Introduction (NPI) and First Article Inspection (FAI) processes.
  • •Ability to interpret approved technical data including Service Bulletins (SB), Airworthiness Directives (AD), Standard Practice Manual (SPM), and Component Maintenance Manuals (CMM).
  • •Knowledge of aerospace/defense standards and aviation regulations (e.g., Part 145/147/66/21/Part M, 14 CFR 145, AS/EN 9110, ISO).
