Job Summary

Use a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles, identify needs, and recommend retail and small-business solutions. Proactively reach out using CAMP and marketing tools to set financial review appointments, cross-sell to existing customers, and perform outside sales activities. Partner with mortgage and business specialists to refer customers for holistic solutions, meet production and revenue goals, and support teller and platform staff responsibilities while following risk and compliance procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products and recommend appropriate solutions using the value proposition.
•Utilize CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities as directed.
•Process teller transactions and participate in consumer loan and bankcard processes, including owning sourced loans from application through closing.

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
•Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new consumer and small business customers and/or cross-sell to established customers.
•Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•Professional communication and ability to represent the bank in appearance and verbal/written communication.
•This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
