Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and maintain the end-to-end observability platform for metrics, logs, and traces across frontend and backend
  • •Build telemetry ingestion and API services that ingest, process, store, and expose telemetry data reliably and at scale
  • •Create user-friendly visualization experiences and responsive dashboards/workflows to help engineers explore and act on observability signals
  • •Integrate with observability tools and data sources including Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, OpenTelemetry, and Kafka-based event platforms
  • •Engineer real-time streaming pipelines using Kafka Streams/Connect and implement resilience, delivery semantics, error handling, and operational robustness

Key Requirements

  • •Strong production-grade full-stack software engineering with end-to-end delivery in live environments
  • •Backend development and API design experience using Java, Python, Go, or Node.js, including RESTful API design and integration patterns
  • •Experience building observability/data visualization UI with Grafana panels, D3.js, charting libraries, and data-driven dashboards
  • •Applied AI/ML engineering in production, including anomaly detection/forecasting and familiarity with LLM APIs, prompting, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and MLOps basics
  • •Frontend experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React, Angular, or Vue; plus strong SQL/NoSQL and time-series storage/querying concepts
