Job Summary

Lead end-to-end change delivery for Securities Services platform initiatives, providing senior leadership across complex cross-functional, cross-geographical workstreams. Key Responsibilities

•Provide senior leadership for end-to-end change delivery across Securities Services platform initiatives, managing multi-disciplinary teams and workstreams.
•Embed and promote a consistent change management framework and methodologies, supporting adoption through training, tools, guidance, and practical support.
•Oversee and prioritize a pipeline of initiatives and workstreams, partnering with Product and business stakeholders to define success measures and align to strategic goals.
•Lead governance, risk, and control oversight for delivery, including managing delivery issues and risks and driving timely resolution.
•Lead client onboarding and channel/product enablement deliveries, maintaining readiness, dependencies, and sustainable handover.
