Key Responsibilities

  • •Own performance, delivery, and customer outcomes for two distributed engineering squads, setting expectations, delegating, coaching, and addressing performance gaps.
  • •Own hiring and team planning across both squads, aligning capacity and skills with product priorities and longer-term needs.
  • •Lead discovery with squads by engaging customers, community members, and internal users, translating feedback and usage evidence into roadmaps and priorities.
  • •Drive delivery from discovery through rollout and measurement: set milestones, surface risks early, and intervene when commitments are at risk.
  • •Set engineering direction and standards for frontend foundations and navigation/search, and lead adoption of AI and automation across engineering and operational workflows.
