Provide in-store deployment support for Caper Carts across multiple retail partners, coordinating with Implementation and Operations to ensure testing, training reinforcement, and launch execution. Deliver hands-on, in-market support, troubleshoot issues in real time, and help store teams adopt core workflows while maintaining cart readiness and cross-site collaboration.
