Drive net-new consumer fintech partnerships across Visa’s U.S. fintech ecosystem, owning an enterprise, quota-carrying book of business. Identify, structure, negotiate, and execute deals spanning card programs (fiat and stablecoin-linked), Visa Direct real-time money movement, risk services, and debit processing. Build a durable pipeline blending inbound demand with thesis-driven outbound prospecting, and collaborate with legal, compliance, finance, product, and executive stakeholders to close complex, multi-stakeholder agreements.

•Own end-to-end sales cycle for new consumer fintech partnerships, including identifying and qualifying inbound and outbound opportunities.
•Build and maintain a portfolio of 25+ concurrent fintech relationships across deal stages.
•Carry and deliver against a significant revenue target, winning net-new partnerships and capturing share within fintech portfolios.
•Serve as an external-facing fintech and payments expert, educating clients on Visa solutions and opportunities.
•Drive outbound prospecting into emerging fintech segments and navigate complex multi-stakeholder deals to contract and implementation.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree, or 3+ years with a PhD.
•Direct sales, business development, or partnership experience with substantial client-facing experience and negotiation skills.
•Demonstrated ownership of deals from prospecting through contracting and closure, ideally for enterprise or large complex agreements.
•Payments experience, including exposure to or direct experience working on card programs at a fintech, issuer processor, BIN sponsor, or payments network.
•Working knowledge of real-time money movement and the competitive landscape (e.g., Visa Direct, ACH, FedNow, Mastercard Send, Plaid-enabled solutions).
