Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions.
  • •Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and developers.
  • •Customize and configure ServiceNow applications while maintaining platform integrity; perform code reviews and performance tuning.
  • •Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and other integration tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • •8+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration.
  • •Proven experience delivering successful ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments.
  • •Required ServiceNow certifications: CSA plus at least 1 CIS-(any) and CAD (junior), or CSA plus at least 2 CIS-(any) and CAD (intermediate), or CAS plus at least 3 CIS-(any) and CAD (senior).
  • •Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
