  • •Identify and implement operational effectiveness improvements to reduce manual processes and expenses, working with stakeholders.
  • •Develop operational tools and processes, including workflow development and systems enhancements, and select technical resources as needed.
  • •Maintain compliance and oversee resolution of complex operations issues and member escalations, including call center operating model KPI adherence.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.

  • •Extensive sales experience in the Health, Life, or Retirement industry.
  • •Ability to complete AHIP and Strategic Partner carrier certifications.
