Job Summary

Lead and line manage a BIM Management team in Romania, driving the implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of Building Information Modelling (BIM) practices across local and global projects. Own BIM implementation strategy and BIM execution deliverables (e.g., BEP/MIDP/MPDT), manage the Common Data Environment (CDE), coordinate BIM execution with project leadership, and oversee digital technology and content management using AECOM systems and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and line manage a BIM Management team of multi-discipline BIM Coordinators and BIM Managers.
•Develop and execute BIM implementation strategy for complex international projects and ensure alignment with global BIM standards.
•Establish and administer the Common Data Environment (CDE) and support efficient management of multi-stakeholder projects.
•Coordinate BIM execution and project delivery with project leadership, including creating and maintaining industry framework documents (BEP, MIDP, MPDT).
•Oversee digital technology and content management, including smart object content/templates/libraries and best-practice digital workflows for collaboration and delivery.

Key Requirements

•Previous people management experience.
•Comprehensive knowledge of the ISO 19650 framework and related BIM standards.
•Experience managing and delivering project information for multidisciplinary Water and/or Buildings projects with geographically dispersed teams.
•Experience delivering BIM data from tools such as Autodesk Plant 3D, Bentley OpenPlant, Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Civil3D, or Autodesk Advanced Steel.
•Experience administering a Common Data Environment such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (Forma) and/or Bentley ProjectWise, plus clash detection and issue management using tools like Autodesk Navisworks, Revizto, or ACC (Forma) Model Coordination.
