Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing.
  • •Examine invoices, purchase orders, and payment remittance documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • •Prepare invoices and bills for customers and maintain accurate records by keying invoices and applying codes.
  • •Post transaction details to appropriate ledgers and journals and support month-end profit & loss and quarter-end reports.
  • •Investigate and respond to customer queries related to invoice payments, concerns, issues, or account discrepancies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17 - 18 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or general education degree) and 6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training.
  • •Post-high-school studies or a degree in accounting/business-related field preferred.
  • •Strong attention to detail.
  • •Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
  • •Bilingual Spanish/English preferred; experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) preferred.
