Junior Hostess (QA)

Assist restaurant management to create a smooth, welcoming dining experience. Greet and seat guests, escort them to tables, and help manage reservations, confirmations, and reservation changes. Maintain an organized seating plan, coordinate with servers and kitchen staff for timely table turnover, and handle inquiries about menus, specials, and policies. Monitor dining area cleanliness and health & safety compliance, support waitlists during peak times, and help with guest records and feedback.
