Key Responsibilities

  • •Remove chilled poultry products from the chiller system and accurately rehang birds onto processing line shackles.
  • •Ensure birds are properly positioned to support downstream processing operations.
  • •Monitor product flow, communicate issues impacting production efficiency, and maintain line speed requirements.
  • •Identify and remove product that does not meet quality specifications as directed.
  • •Maintain a clean and organized work area (GMPs) and assist with product handling and other production duties as assigned.
