•Manage and optimise Paid Social campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Snapchat with ownership from day one
•Build, launch and maintain high-quality campaigns aligned with Incubeta best practices and monitor performance
•Collaborate with clients to deliver updates, recommendations and strategic guidance across campaigns
•Identify opportunities to improve performance, expand activity and support wider client growth objectives
•Support junior team members through knowledge sharing, mentoring and task support where appropriate

•Strong understanding of Paid Social metrics, optimisation techniques and campaign objectives

•Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills
•Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with clients
