Ensure solar and storage materials are safely received, stored, and prepared for installation by maintaining warehouse organization, inventory accuracy, and clean, auditable processes. Operate a forklift to process shipments and perform Oracle ERP transactions for receiving, stocking, issuing, and returns. Support daily cycle counts, pick and stage job kits for install dates, and coordinate with field operations to enable timely crew mobilization.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain an organized, standard warehouse layout and manage material movement while ensuring safety and security of inventory and equipment.
•Operate a forklift to unload shipments, process receipts, and put away material to maintain inventory accuracy.
•Use Oracle ERP to account for material movement, including receiving, stocking, issuing, and returning to vendors.
•Maintain auditable shipping/receiving records and complete daily cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
•Pull and stage job kits for scheduled installs and coordinate with field and service teams for mobilization and vendor returns.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 18.03 - 24.04

Key Requirements

•Have warehouse management software (WMS) experience, with Oracle experience preferred.
•Operate a forklift and safely handle shipments and materials.
•Perform Oracle ERP transactions for receiving, stocking, issuing, and returning to vendor.
•Drive inventory accuracy through daily cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
•Follow safety policies and report hazards; work effectively in a team environment.
