Job Summary

Lead the RevOps team and oversee the systems, processes, and data that power go-to-market execution. Own revenue systems and data infrastructure, forecasting and pipeline analytics, territory design, and compensation planning to support rapid growth. Build scalable workflows across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, and pioneer an AI program to reduce administrative burden and improve sales performance. Serve as a strategic connective tissue reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage, mentor, and grow a revenue operations team spanning GTM operations.
•Audit and rebuild GTM processes for scale, designing workflows, rules of engagement, and data structures.
•Own GTM tech stack evaluation and administration, including Salesforce and data flow between platforms.
•Build forecasting and pipeline analytics, including executive dashboards, KPI definition, and data governance.
•Lead territory planning, compensation and commission planning, deal desk/quote-to-cash processes, and implement CPQ to support evolving pricing models.
