Key Responsibilities

  • •Compound batches to meet quality and consistency standards in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.
  • •Use FIFO lot rotation and follow formula batch sheet manufacturing instructions using proper compounding techniques.
  • •Complete daily scale logs before shift start, notify supervisor of discrepancies, and label batches submitted to the lab for evaluation.
  • •Handle allergen products and equipment according to allergen control procedures.
  • •Conform to food safety and food quality plans per the Kerry Clark SQF Systems manual, reporting deviations and setting product aside as instructed.
