Lead the creative direction and execution of locally relevant content for Germany, translating country strategy into high-quality Canva templates and elements across graphics, photos, and video. Partner with Content Strategy, Country Management, Marketing, and SEO to deliver content at speed and scale, drive user engagement and revenue growth, and monitor performance. You’ll operate as an AI-native builder, manage freelancers/creators, uphold quality standards, and build a culture of inclusive creative excellence.
