Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead MEP coordination for tool hook-up, facilities utility expansion, and cleanroom conversion from planning through installation, commissioning, and handover.
  • •Review design drawings, layouts, technical submittals, and construction packages to ensure readiness for execution.
  • •Coordinate facility electrical and mechanical utility expansion to support new tools, production capacity increases, and infrastructure upgrades.
  • •Support cleanroom conversion, including facility modifications, utility routing, system tie-ins, and readiness for manufacturing operations.
  • •Monitor field execution, installation quality, schedule performance, and construction risks across MEP workstreams, and support commissioning, documentation, and turnover.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in Semiconductor Facilities and/or Construction.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •Experience delivering MEP scope in semiconductor, cleanroom, advanced manufacturing, industrial, or high-tech facility environments.
  • •Experience supporting tool hook-up, factory expansion, utility upgrades, retrofit projects, construction execution, or commissioning.
  • •Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, layouts, specifications, single-line diagrams, P&IDs, and construction documents.
