Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and drive a unified modernization roadmap with business leaders and Product Owners across customer engagement, seller enablement, contact center capabilities, and related technologies.
  • •Own the Amazon Connect platform roadmap and lead modernization, continuous improvement, and AI-enabled service automation while meeting service quality, availability, and resilience targets.
  • •Own the Salesforce platform roadmap and broader seller technology portfolio, partnering with sales operations and distribution leadership to improve seller productivity and sales effectiveness.
  • •Unify enterprise decision-making across contact center, CRM, sales operations, service operations, product, risk, and business stakeholders to deliver consistent customer and seller journeys.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop engineering managers and technical leaders; build succession depth and establish engineering/delivery/operational practices for high-performing teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent) plus 12+ years of progressive experience, including people leadership.
  • •Progressive technology leadership experience leading managers and multi-team engineering organizations in a regulated financial services or comparable environment.
  • •Deep hands-on knowledge of contact center technology platforms (routing, telephony/voice, agent desktop, workforce and quality management, and contact center analytics).
  • •Strong command of the Salesforce platform and the seller technology ecosystem, including sales process workflow, CRM data integration, and adoption enablement.
  • •Demonstrated record owning and delivering a multi-year modernization roadmap producing measurable service, productivity, or revenue outcomes.
