Job Summary

Lead the Common Data Environment (CDE) strategy, configuration and governance for Information Management on major real estate projects. Drive adoption across stakeholders, define standards (ISO 19650), develop reporting analytics, oversee day-to-day CDE operations, and provide training and guidance to CDE Managers and Document Controllers to ensure data integrity and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the development, configuration and implementation of CDE aligned to client requirements and ISO 19650 best practice, including folder structures, metadata, workflows and access control
•Engage with key stakeholders and third party suppliers to enable effective operation and alignment with enterprise systems architecture
•Establish and manage CDE configuration processes that support robust change control and governance
•Produce programme Information Standards detailing Information Management and CDE requirements
•Develop and deliver programme-wide reporting and analytics on CDE usage, data accuracy, completeness and performance

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience as an Information Manager / CDE Specialist / Lead Document Controller
•Understanding of Building Information Modelling (BIM) in the context of Information Management and Document Control
•Understanding of ISO 19650 standards (Part 2) and how it impacts Information Management and Document Control
•Experience developing Information Standards, BEPs, and AIR/EIR documentation
•Experience mentoring CDE Managers / Document Controllers with administrator level experience using Autodesk Forma (formerly Autodesk Construction Cloud)
