Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development, configuration and implementation of CDE aligned to client requirements and ISO 19650 best practice, including folder structures, metadata, workflows and access control
  • •Engage with key stakeholders and third party suppliers to enable effective operation and alignment with enterprise systems architecture
  • •Establish and manage CDE configuration processes that support robust change control and governance
  • •Produce programme Information Standards detailing Information Management and CDE requirements
  • •Develop and deliver programme-wide reporting and analytics on CDE usage, data accuracy, completeness and performance

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience as an Information Manager / CDE Specialist / Lead Document Controller
  • •Understanding of Building Information Modelling (BIM) in the context of Information Management and Document Control
  • •Understanding of ISO 19650 standards (Part 2) and how it impacts Information Management and Document Control
  • •Experience developing Information Standards, BEPs, and AIR/EIR documentation
  • •Experience mentoring CDE Managers / Document Controllers with administrator level experience using Autodesk Forma (formerly Autodesk Construction Cloud)
