Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation and real estate programmes, shaping the programme direction and driving measurable benefits. Partner with internal and external stakeholders across middle management and senior levels, and act as a strong people manager to grow both internal and client teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide end-to-end leadership across the programme lifecycle, intervening at critical points when specialist expertise or recovery leadership is required.
•Lead successful execution of small to medium transformation/real estate programmes and parts of large-scale programmes to deliver measurable benefits.
•Establish and drive programme direction, empowering and inspiring teams to achieve success.
•Engage with client-side senior managers, suppliers, and other stakeholders across middle management and senior levels.
•Ensure governance, risk management compliance, commission management, financial reporting, and programme-wide health and safety measures.

Key Requirements

•Good understanding of programme management requirements and how it relates to real estate.
•Ability to work in relevant programme management process and systems.
•Excellent communication skills, in person and written.
•Degree qualified in a relevant field.
•Professional membership desirable.
