Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the charter for project/initiative start-up teams and lead site/module/initiative start-up team(s).
  • •Lead GSUM+ work processes, ensuring timely completion of tasks on the Change Dashboard and accountable ownership of the GSUM+ Initiative Roadmap.
  • •Chair DDS process and communication with operations; act as the single point of contact for issue resolution and alignment during pre- and post-start-up.
  • •Lead change management, start-up, and validation execution (Installation Qualification/Operational Qualification/Performance Qualification) and change control; qualify as a Validations practitioner.
  • •Establish start-up planning and readiness, including Integrated Start-Up Plan/schedule, training (TT&T), manufacturing readiness assessments, risk assessments and mitigation, and reporting through closeout.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 122,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field is preferred.
  • •0-5 years of experience in project management, manufacturing operations, change management, and/or validation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • •Proven ability to manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in an operations or launch/start-up context.
  • •Qualified as a GSUM+ (Global Start-Up Management) Intermediate practitioner (or demonstrated ability to achieve quickly with a qualified coach/peer reviewer).
  • •Qualified as a Validations practitioner for Installation Qualification/Operational Qualification/Performance Qualification (or demonstrated ability to achieve).
