Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement features across the Connector (on-prem), Relay (cloud), and Controller microservices for Private Access.
  • •Own one or more Controller microservices end to end (rule engine, geolocation, event workers, proxy paths, connector management).
  • •Diagnose and resolve production performance issues including memory pressure, CPU saturation, latency hotspots, and autoscaling tuning.
  • •Write architecture proposals/design documents and drive them through peer review with the team architect.
  • •Investigate complex production support cases and shape the AI-augmented development pipeline (what is autonomous, where humans gate, and validation requirements).

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years building production backend systems deployed in environments like Kubernetes and Linux VMs.
  • •Strong proficiency in Go (or adjacent systems-leaning languages such as Rust or C++), and willingness to work across Go, Python, and some C/C++.
  • •Experience operating software in customer environments with long-tail version compatibility across on-prem/marketplace/update mechanisms.
  • •Hands-on production debugging using metrics, profiling, and autoscaling (HPA/KEDA).
