Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and lead the dispatch team, providing training and support as needed.
  • •Ensure shift opening/mid/closing checklists are completed as required.
  • •Manage dispatching of food orders from operating partners to riders and ensure timely, accurate communication.
  • •Ensure all techs and internet connectivity are functioning throughout shifts and resolve order/delivery issues with customers and riders.
  • •Carry out food safety checks, inspections, audits, and enforce hygiene and compliance with food safety regulations.
