Job Summary

Lead the Commercial Support Center’s Research, Resolution, and Specialized Support teams to meet daily production goals and project outputs. Serve as an internal expert and primary line-of-business contact for specialized support, handling highly complex issues and leading escalations. Set strategic direction, manage service professionals, maintain metrics and SLA’s, and ensure root-cause trends are communicated to business, risk, compliance, and senior management. Contribute to audits and regulatory examinations as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Set strategic direction and manage assignments of CSC service professionals to efficiently run Research, Resolution, and Specialized Support teams while minimizing risk.
•Serve as initial contact for escalated commercial customer research and resolution requests and provide follow-up to customers, the CSC, and senior management.
•Manage commercial and business banking research and escalated client interaction teams.
•Review and recommend improvements to department and Bancorp processes, procedures, and policies to better meet customer needs.
•Maintain and enhance departmental metrics and SLA’s, ensure root-cause trend reporting to business, risk, compliance, and senior management, and participate in audits/regulatory examinations ad hoc.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
•Previous experience in customer service, complaint resolution, or related functions.
•Previous proven leadership/supervisory experience.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with impact to operations and LOB management.
•Superior analytical and problem resolution skills, including the ability to evaluate and solve problems from multiple perspectives and understand risk impacts.
