Key Responsibilities

•Own day-to-day bookkeeping and general ledger maintenance for international entities in NetSuite, ensuring timely, accurate transactions.
•Prepare and post monthly journal entries (accruals, prepayments, payroll, intercompany recharges) and perform monthly balance-sheet reconciliations.
•Coordinate with AP and AR for accurate accounting treatment; support preparation of data for direct and indirect tax returns with external consultants.
•Process accounts payable and employee travel & expense reimbursements, including WHT calculations and related monthly/quarterly returns.
•Assist with monthly/quarterly close and annual statutory audit support, and drive process improvement and AI-led automation opportunities for accounting workflows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 3,761,000 - 4,701,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of accounting experience, including at least 4 years in a hands-on role at a multinational company or Big 4/mid-tier CA firm.
•CA (Final) qualified; CPA or an equivalent international qualification is a plus.
•Strong knowledge of statutory compliance across countries, including indirect and direct tax returns.
•Familiarity with IFRS, US GAAP, IndAS, and how local accounting standards apply in a technology company context.
•Hands-on ERP experience, with NetSuite strongly preferred, plus advanced Excel skills for reconciliation templates and close trackers.
