  • •Schedule loads using TMS/Load Managers Tote Board and process ship confirm, partial shipments, and load releases.
  • •Run and maintain shipping paperwork including BOL/pack slips, inquiries, and label processing for LTL and related shipments.
  • •Track carrier detention, support drop trailer shipments, and handle customer-specific requirements for billing, sealing, and documentation.
  • •Ensure ISO & SQF compliance, maintain safety/environmental requirements, and support/coach employees while handling driver/visitor check-in.
