Key Requirements

  • •For Claims Crop Field Adjuster I: High School Diploma (or equivalent) plus 6+ months of experience in the agricultural area.
  • •Obtain Crop Adjuster Proficiency Program (CAPP) certification within 180 days of hire (for Field Adjuster I and Crop Claims Specialist).
  • •For Crop Claims Specialist: High School Diploma (or equivalent) plus 4+ years of experience in the agricultural or crop insurance industry.
  • •Reliable personal transportation with travel within the assigned territory (and, for Claims Crop Specialist, assistance outside the assigned area).
  • •Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, plus organization and prioritization; intermediate Microsoft Office skills are preferred.
