Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure accurate P&L reporting, attribution, and valuation for Global Markets products, including IPV and fair value adjustments in line with IFRS/GAAP and internal policies.
  • •Maintain and monitor valuation reserves, ensuring they are justified, documented, and periodically reviewed.
  • •Coordinate with internal and external auditors, providing schedules and explanations and tracking closure of audit findings.
  • •Provide financial insights and resolve client valuation queries while maintaining robust documentation for valuation methodologies and control processes.
  • •Support Product Control IT projects (user requirements, UAT, post-implementation review) and participate in regional/local audits and SOX risk/control incident escalation.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong understanding of finance processes and an accountancy or finance postgraduate degree.
  • •At least 2 years of relevant experience in a finance environment with broad Global Markets product knowledge.
  • •Deep understanding of Global Markets trade lifecycle and risk control principles.
  • •Experience working with multiple onshore and offshore contact points and managing teams.
  • •Good data analytics and digital transformation skills, including presenting analysis clearly to stakeholders.
